摘要
目的研究生化质控管理在现阶段医院检验科工作管理中的应用效果。方法选择2020年7月—2022年7月期间在菏泽市定陶区人民医院检验科任职的17名工作人员为研究对象,以2021年7月为时间分界点,2020年7月—2021年7月采用常规管理,2021年8月—2022年7月期间采用生化质控管理,对比两种管理模式下,工作人员管理质量、样本合格率。结果生化质控管理模式下,工作人员服务态度、检验技术、无菌操作、风险预估、风险处理、科室沟通、业务水平、检验效率评分均高于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生化质控管理模式下,尿液、痰液、血液、创伤组织和粪便合格率均高于常规管理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生化质控管理在现阶段医院检验科工作管理中应用效果明显,可有效提升工作人员管理质量和样本合格率。
Objective To study the application effect of biochemical quality control management in the current hospital clinical laboratory management.Methods Seventeen staff members who worked in the clinical laboratory of Dingtao District People's Hospital of Heze City from July 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects.With July 2021 as the time boundary point,routine management was adopted from July 2020 to July 2021,and biochemical quality control management was adopted from August 2021 to July 2022.Compared the staff management quality and sample qualification rate under the two management modes.Results In the biochemical quality control management mode,the scores of staff service attitude,inspection technique,aseptic operation,risk prediction,risk treatment,department communication,professional level and inspection efficiency were higher than those of conventional management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rates of urine,sputum,blood,wound tissue and stool samples under biochemical quality control were higher than those under conventional management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Biochemical quality control management has obvious effect in the work management of hospital clinical laboratory at present,which can effectively improve the quality of staff management and sample qualification rate.
