摘要
目的:分析药剂科合理用药管理对抗菌药物合理应用的效果。方法:回顾性分析定陶区人民医院2021年1月—2022年12月接受抗菌药物治疗的64例患者临床资料,其中32例采用常规抗菌药物管理(对照组),32例采用药剂科参与抗菌药物管理(观察组)。对比两组患者抗菌药物临床应用合理性、治疗时间、治疗费用、药物不良反应情况和患者满意度。结果:观察组患者抗菌药物临床应用合理性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗费用、治疗时间、不良反应发生率比较,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者满意度评分比较,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药剂科参与抗菌药物治疗管理能够有效提升临床用药合理性,缩短治疗时间,减少治疗费用及不良反应发生率,患者满意度高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of rational drug use for antimicrobial drugs administration in hospital pharmacies.Methods:The data of 64 patients who received antibacterial agene in Dingtao District People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and retrospectively analyzed,of which 32 cases were managed with conventional antimicrobial drugs Regulation(control group)and 32 cases were managed with pharmaceutical service of antimicrobial drugs(observation group).The following indexes were compared between both groups:the rationality of medicaiton,therapy duration,therapy cost,adverse drug reactions and patient satisfaction.Results:The rationality of antimicrobial drugs in patients of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Therapy cost,therapy duration and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction scores in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The participation of pharmacy in the management of antimicrobial drugs in hospitals contributes to a better rationality and a higher patient satisfaction.It can also shorten the treatment duration;reduce the therapy cost and the incidence of adverse reactions,
