摘要
目的研究药剂科管理与促进药物合理应用的价值。方法选取2020年1—6月在该院药剂科工作的医务人员10名纳入参比组,应用常规方式管理,将2020年7—12月在该院药剂科工作的医务人员10名纳入研究组,应用加强药剂科管理。分析两组医务人员管理后的测评成绩、工作能力、不合理用药发生率。结果研究组医务人员的测评成绩高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组医务人员的工作能力高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的不合理用药发生率低于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对药剂科进行管理时,应用加强药剂科管理能够提升医务人员专业水平,锻炼其工作能力,降低不合理用药发生率,值得研究使用。
Objective To study the value of pharmacy management and promotion of rational drug application.Methods 10 medical staff working in the pharmacy department of the hospital from January to June 2020 were selected and included in the reference group,and managed by conventional methods.From July to December 2020,10 medical staff working in the pharmacy department of the hospital included in the study group,and applied the strengthened management of the pharmacy department.The evaluation results,work ability and the incidence of irrational drug use of medical staff in the two groups were analyzed.Results The evaluation scores of medical staff in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The working ability of medical staff in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of irrational drug use in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of the pharmacy department,the application of strengthening the management of the pharmacy department can improve the professional level of medical staff,exercise their working ability,and reduce the incidence of irrational drug use,which is worthy of research and use.
