摘要
目的分析老年冠心病患者临床健康管理模式的应用价值。方法选取2020年8月—2021年8月该院心内科工作的医务人员40名进行调查,按照电脑随机分配方式将其分为两个小组,参比组20名医务人员应用基础管理模式,观察组20名医务人员应用临床健康管理模式。分析两组医务人员管理后的相关知识了解情况、工作能力、管理满意度。结果管理后,观察组医务人员的相关知识了解情况、工作能力均优于参比组,且患者管理满意度高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对心内科工作的医务人员进行管理时,使用临床健康管理模式能够丰富医务人员相关知识,锻炼医务人员工作能力,提高管理满意度。
Objective To analyze the application value of clinical health management model in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 40 medical staff working in the Department of Cardiology of the hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected for investigation.They were divided into two groups according to the computer random allocation method,20 medical staff in the reference group applied the basic management model,and 20 medical staff in the observation group applied the clinical health management model.The related knowledge,working ability and management satisfaction of the two groups of medical staff after management were analyzed.Results After mananagement,the medical staff in the observation group had better knowledge and working ability than the reference group,and the patient management satisfaction was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of medical staff working in the department of cardiology,using the clinical health management model can enrich the knowledge of medical staff,exercise the working ability of medical staff,and improve management satisfaction.It is recommended to use it.
