摘要
目的了解妇幼保健院检验科中临检组的质量控制情况,研制出一套可以有效提高质量控制的管理方案。方法对检验科临检组的部分员工进行日常行为考验及检验错误率比较。结果保健院检验科对员工的管理制度已基本建立,但是部分医生的工作态度仍然不严谨,导致检验错误,经过管理的医生情况相比之下较为乐观。结论检验科在医院中占据着重要位置,检测的结果会直接影响到对患者的后期治疗,因此,医院应加强对检验科质量的控制,提高工作效率,使妇女儿童的安全得到保障。
Objective To understand the quality control of the clinical inspection team in the laboratory of the Maternal and Child Health Hospital,and to develop a management plan that can effectively improve the quality control.Methods Some employees of the clinical inspection team were tested for daily behavior and the error rate of the test.Results The management system of the staff of the Health Institute's laboratory has been basically established,but some doctors'attitudes are still not rigorous,leading to inspection errors.The managed doctors are more optimistic.Conclusion The laboratory is occupying an important position in the hospital.The results of the test will directly affect the patient's later treatment.Therefore,the hospital should strengthen the control of the quality of the laboratory,improve work efficiency,and ensure the safety of women and children.
