健美操运动员空中转体过程中的肌肉活动特征研究 被引量:1

摘要 健美操动作花样较多,当运动员做出难度较大的规定动作时,肌肉也随之变化,而传统的肌肉活动特征分析方法对健美操动作分解不到位,导致肌肉活动特征分析结果不佳,因此针对健美操运动员空中转体运动,提出全新的肌肉活动特征分析方法.通过研究人体重心变化,分析运动员在运动时的身体动力特征;根据互补分析算法建立分析模型,提取运动员的动作姿态;计算关节耐力以及关节的最大运动角度,实现对运动员支撑动作、转体动作状态下的肌肉活动特征分析.实验测试结果:与传统的肌肉活动特征分析方法相比,所提出方法的分解能力更强,得到的肌肉活动特征数据与实际数据更贴近.由此可见,所提出的分析方法更适用于健美操运动员的训练分析. In Calisthenics,the athletes'muscles changed abundantly in response to their performance of diffi⁃cult and varied prescribed movements.However,traditional analysis method of muscle activity characteristics failed to decompose the aerobics movements properly,resulting in poor analysis results of muscle activity character⁃istics.A new analysis method of muscle activity characteristics was proposed for aerobics athletes'air rotation movement.By studying the change of the center of gravity of the human body,the dynamic characteristics of the athletes during sports were analyzed.Based on the complementary analysis algorithm,an analysis model was estab⁃lished to extract the athletes'gestures.The joint endurance and the maximum motion Angle of the joint were calcu⁃lated to realize the analysis of the muscle activity characteristics of the athletes in the state of support and rotation.Experimental test results showed that:Compared with the traditional muscle activity feature analysis method,the proposed method had stronger decomposition ability,and the obtained muscle activity feature data was closer to the actual data.It could be seen that the proposed analysis method was more suitable for the training analysis of aero⁃bics athletes.
