摘要
目的:探索悬吊训练是否可以有效提高排球运动员的平衡能力。方法:运用实验研究法,依据实验前测数据,采用蛇形分组法将16名实验对象分为试验组和对照组,共9周。试验前后进行Good Balance单脚闭眼静态平衡能力测试。结果:试验组受试者的平衡能力在试验后得到较好的提高,而对照组受试者的静态平衡能力变化不大,部分受试者出现平衡能力降低的现象。结论:悬吊训练对改善排球运动员的静态平衡能力具有积极的效果。
In recent years, a number of coaches and experts believe that S-E-T training is a good method for improving athlete's core stability, but the resuits of this studies is also unusual. What the objective of this article is to investigate the influence of the S-E-T training on the balance of volleyball players. Methods: According to the data before Experimental, all 16 students are randomly divided into 2 groups,both are treated for 9 weeks ,and they are measured one-leg Good balance test with eyes closed. What the results is the function of the balance of the S-E-T training group is much better than that of control group. Conclusion : The S-E-T training can effectively improve the balance of the volleyball players.
