摘要
为保障接触网专业施工质量,确保良好弓网关系,传统城市轨道交通接触网专业测量及施工通常在铺轨完成后进行,受各地轨道交通建设进度的影响,站后工程施工工期被不断压缩,接触网无轨测量施工技术应运而生。本技术在早期无轨测量的基础上,利用公司自主开发的无轨测量计算软件,完成对刚性接触网悬挂点坐标的精确计算,使用全站仪结合现场CPⅢ基桩控制网可对接触网悬挂点实现精准测设,克服了早期无轨测量曲线段误差大的弊病。同时,可同步完成刚性悬挂接触网吊柱长度、吊柱底板角度、吊柱安装角度和悬臂在吊柱上安装位置的精确计算,实现接触网吊柱及悬挂装置装配式安装施工。通过在广州市轨道交通18和22号线项目的实践应用,进一步验证了本技术在时速160 km地铁接触网施工领域的适用性和先进性。
In order to guarantee the construction quality of catenary specialty and ensure the good relation between pantograph and catenary,the professional survey and construction of catenary specialty in traditional urban rail transit are usually carried out after the completion of rail laying,which is affected by the construction progress of rail transit everywhere,the construction period of the post-station project is constantly compressed,and the trackless surveying construction technology of catenary emerges as the times require.On the basis of the earlier trackless measurement,the technology uses the trackless measurement calculation software developed by the company to complete the accurate calculation of the coordinates of the hanging points of the rigid catenary,by using total station and CPIII pile control network,the catenary suspension point can be measured accurately,which overcomes the disadvantage of large error of curve segment in earlier trackless measurement.At the same time,the accurate calculation of the length of the suspension column,the angle of the base plate of the suspension column,the installation angle of the suspension column and the installation position of the cantilever on the suspension column can be completed simultaneously,to achieve the catenary hanging column and suspension device assembly installation construction.Through the practical application in Guangzhou Metro Line 18 and Line 22 projects,the applicability and progressiveness of this technology in the construction field of 160 km/h metro catenary are further verified.
