摘要
中国式现代化关键在科技现代化,科技赋能乡村产业发展是党和国家的重大战略部署。生态产业作为乡村战略性新兴产业,在实践中形成了“传统产业再造”“全产业链增值”“生态体验开发”“数字平台搭建”等产业创新模式。由于我国乡村生态产业还面临自主开发动力不足与政策依赖性强、基础保障体系薄弱与配套措施滞后、关键核心技术短缺与研发推广缓慢、产品市场识别度低与创收能力有限、资源优势挖掘不够与产业升级困难等现实挑战,仍需着力发挥好领导干部的“头雁效应”,健全科技赋能生态产业的政策体系,培育因地制宜的新产业、新业态,推动生态产业关键核心技术攻关,促进数字技术成果赋能全产业链,以实现科技创新对乡村生态产业的强大助力。
The key to Chinese path to modernization is science and technology modernization,and science and technology enabling rural industry development is a major strategic deployment of the party and the country.As a strategic emerging industry,the rural ecological industry has formed industrial innovation models such as"traditional industry reconstruction","full industry chain value-added","ecological experience development",and"digital platform construction"in practice.Due to the current challenges faced by China's rural ecological industry,such as insufficient motivation for independent development and strong policy dependence,weak basic guarantee system and lagging supporting measures,shortage of key core technologies and slow R&D promotion,low product market recognition and limited income generation ability,insufficient exploration of resource advantages,and difficulties in industrial upgrading,efforts still need to be made to leverage the""head goose effect"of leading cadres,and to improve the policy system of technology empowering ecological industries,Cultivate new industries and formats tailored to local conditions,promote key core technologies in the ecological industry,and empower the entire industry chain with digital technology achievements to achieve strong support from technological innovation for the rural ecological industry.
