摘要 在地铁供电项目施工中,由于站前单位和机电单位交叉影响,碰撞调整难、限界精度要求高、有效工期短,给施工质量和进度管理带来了极大挑战。供电项目中的疏散平台专业需要根据最终的轨中心线定位,但疏散平台专业施工关键线路被压缩,使得线路测量和钢梁等备货时间非常紧张,结合上海地铁、杭州地铁以往疏散平台施工情况,依据杭州地铁8号线区间疏散平台测量、定制、安装、实施应用的实战经验,为城市轨道交通疏散平台施工相关问题提供解决对策,助力施工企业提质增效。 The construction of metro power supply project features difficult collision adjustment,demanding gauge accuracy,and short effective construction period due to the cross influence of civil works unit and E&M unit,which brings great challenges to construction quality and progress management.The evacuation platform system in the power supply project needs to be positioned according to the final rail centerline;however,the key construction lines of the evacuation platform system are compressed,which makes the stocking time for route survey and steel beam very tight.Based on the previous construction of evacuation platforms of Shanghai Metro and Hangzhou Metro,and according to the practical experiences of the evacuation platform of Hangzhou Metro Line 8 in terms of survey,customization,installation and application,this paper provides solutions to problems related to the construction of evacuation platform of urban rail transit and helps construction enterprises improve quality and efficiency.
