摘要
目的:探讨大剂量破格救心汤、升陷汤联合西药治疗慢性肺源性心脏病(CCP)患者的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年6月信宜市平塘镇卫生院收治的CCP急性发作期患者126例为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,各63例。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合大剂量破格救心汤与升陷汤的治疗方案,比较两组临床疗效、心功能指标、肺功能指标及不良反应情况。结果:研究组患者临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.016);治疗后,两组患者舒张末期容积、收缩末期容积水平降低,左心室射血分数水平升高,研究组患者舒张末期容积、收缩末期容积水平低于对照组,左心室射血分数水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者呼气峰值流量、最大通气量、第一秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量水平均升高,研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大剂量破格救心汤、升陷汤联合西药治疗CCP患者可有效改善其临床症状,提高患者心、肺功能,疗效显著,安全性较高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of high-dose Poge Jiuxin decoction and Shengxian decoction combined with West⁃ern medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease(CCP).Methods:One hundred and twenty-six pa⁃tients with acute exacerbation of CCP admitted to Xinyi Pingtang Town Health Center from January 2020 to June 2023 were select⁃ed for the study,and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each with sixty-three cases.The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medical treatment,and the study group was combined with the treatment reg⁃imen of Poge Jiuxin decoction and Shengxian decoction on the basis of the control group,comparing the clinical efficacy,cardiac function indexes,pulmonary function indexes,and adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical efficacy of patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.016);After treatment,the end-diastolic volume and end-systolic volume levels of patients in the two groups decreased,and the level of left ventricular ejection fraction increased;The levels of end-diastolic volume and end-systolic volume of patients in the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the level of left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the levels of peak expiratory flow,maxi⁃mal ventilation,and first-second expiratory volume with exertion/exertion lung volume were elevated in both groups,and the level of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Comparison of adverse reaction rates between the two groups of patients,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:High-dose Poge Jiuxin decoction and Shengxian decoction combined with Western medicines in treating patients with CCP can e
