摘要
护理将成为社会需求增长最快的职业,也应成为一种基于科学、技术、团队合作和卫生公平的职业选择。面对国内外的新形势、新挑战,护理人才培养尤显重要。该文将“互联网+体验式教学”线上线下混合教学模式应用于护理综合技能实训课程,让学生在具有较强真实感的临床情境中替换体验护士、医生、患者、家属等多种角色,探究式地运用知识去解决实际问题,高度契合培养“知识—能力—素养”全面发展的高素质护理人才的护理教育目标,有助于激发学生的学习兴趣,提升教学质量。
Nursing will be the fastest growing profession and also be a career based on science,technology,team-work and health equity.Nursing talent training is especially important in the new situation and challenges at home and abroad.The author applied the“Internet+experiential teaching”mode in the Nursing Skills Experimental Training course to let students experience nurses,doctors,patients or family members in realistic clinical situa-tions and use knowledge inquiringly to solve practical problems.It is highly consistent with the nursing education objective of cultivating high-quality nursing talents with comprehensive development of“knowledge-ability-accomplishment”,which is conducive to improving students’learning interest and the quality of teaching.
