摘要
通过变电站“一键顺控”操作模式的需求分析,指出变电站传统防误系统不能支持“一键顺控”防误操作需求的原因,提出变电站“一键顺控”智能防误系统,同时通过实际工程进行验证。该系统采用防误“双校核”机制实现了“一键顺控”操作全过程的逻辑校核以及解/闭锁操作的自动化,其信息实时共享、“一键顺控”转常规操作、系统接口标准化等功能,可应用于常规变电站和智能变电站。
By analyzing the demand for anti-misoperation in substations under the"one-key sequential control"operation mode,it is pointed out that the traditional anti-misoperation system in substations is not consistent with the new demand for"one-key sequential control"operation mode.,based on which an intelligent anti-misoperation system suitable for substations that adopts the"one-key sequential control"operation mode is proposed and verified through practical engineering applications.The system adopts a"double checks"mechanism for anti-misoperation,achieving the automation of the entire process of logic verification,sequential controls of unlocking/locking operations,real-time information sharing,switching from sequential operation to conventional operation,system interface standardization and other functions,which is available to be applied in the conventional substations and intelligent substations.
