摘要
总结分析变电站当前顺序控制功能采用的方式,结合智能变电站网络性能总体水平较高的特点,以变电站内后台监控系统为平台进行模块化设计,基于IEC 61850标准对顺序控制的过程状态和操作配置进行建模,设计了顺序控制功能标准化的状态模型和控制模型,结合该功能模块化设计时对外交互的方式进行探讨,重点阐述与其关联的后台监控系统、智能操作票系统、五防系统、视频监控系统之间的信息交互方式,供智能变电站顺序控制功能模块化和标准化建设参考。
The currently existing mode of sequence control function for substation is summarized.Considering the high-level integrated performance of smart substation network,modularization design is carried out with background monitor system of substation as a platform.Modeling for process status and operating configuration of sequence control is completed based on IEC 61850.In addition,status model and control model for standardization of sequence control function are designed.The information exchange mode among sequence supervision and control system,intelligent operation order generating system,block system and video supervision system are described mainly,it will be useful for modularization and standard construction of sequence control function of smart substation.
