摘要
针对传统的变电站监控系统在传输闭锁信息时存在的问题,将GOOSE模型应用于变电站间隔层闭锁信息的传输,利用GOOSE报文传输的快速性和可靠性设计了一种快速、可靠且功能完善的防误闭锁方案。同时鉴于国内还没有成熟的智能化开关及闸刀,采用智能操作箱作为过渡的过程层设备负责现场一次设备和间隔层测控装置之间的通信。工程实践证明此方案可快速而可靠地进行闭锁信息的传输,简化了监控系统的设计方案,节约了大量的二次电缆。
In order to cope with the problem of interlocking in a substation monitoring and control system, a fast, reliable and fully functional interlocking scheme is designed by using GOOSE model to transmit interlocking information in the substation bay level. Due to lack of mature intelligent switchgears, intelligent control boxes are used as interim equipments in the process level to link physical equipments and measurement control devices in the bay level. Engineering application shows that the interlocking scheme based on GOOSE can transmit interlocking information rapidly and reliably, and also simplify the design scheme of the monitoring and control system, which saves a large quantity of cable.
