基于协同测试系统的智能变电站GOOSE虚端子关联检测研究 被引量:21

摘要 GOOSE虚端子概念的提出有助于在传统变电站二次系统的基础上去理解智能变电站SCD(Substation Configuration Description)配置方法。针对智能变电站GOOSE虚端子技术的特点,提出并开发了在线协同检验与调试各种基于IEC61850智能继电保护装置的软件测试系统,本系统能够导入不同制造商IED的CID(Configured IED Description)文件模拟实际继电保护装置外部动作行为。详述了运用协同测试系统对GOOSE虚端子关联进行检测的方法,通过在220kV泸定变智能站集成测试环节中的验证试验表明了本方案的可行性与有效性,具有广阔的应用前景。 GOOSE virtual terminal concept is proposed to help us to understand the way of smart substation SCD configuration. Aiming at the new features of GOOSE virtual terminal technology in smart substation, a new software test system 'is developed, which can not only be used to simulate the actual movement behaviors of the external protection system by importing CID (Configured lED Description) of relay-protection devices from different manufacturers, but also can test and debug the collaboration of variety of intelligent protection devices based on IEC61850 on line. GOOSE yirtual terminal connection test on collaborative testing system is detailed. The feasibility and effectivity of the proposed scheme has been verified in the verification test in the integration tests of 220 kV Luding smart substation. It exhibits a broad application prospect.
