摘要
针对目前IEC61850标准在工程应用中的不足,提出并研制了能模拟实际继电保护系统外部动作行为,在线协同检验与调试各种基于IEC61850智能继电保护装置的软件测试系统,为变电站继电保护装置的投运和扩建提供了一种新思路与新手段。系统可以方便地导入不同变电站的SCD文件和不同厂家继电保护装置的ICD文件,模拟不同的变电站结构和保护配置,替代智能继电保护装置进行变电站现场测试。对比试验表明了本系统的可行性与有效性,具有广阔的应用前景。
Aiming at the deficiencies of IEC61850 in engineering applications, a new software test system is developed, which can not only be used to simulate the actual movement behaviors of the external protection system, but also can test and debug the collaboration of variety of intelligent protection devices based on IEC61850 on line. It is a new way for the substation commissioning and extension. The intelligent relay-protection collaborative testing system (IRPCTS) can simulate all kinds of substation structure and protection configuration by importing SCD (Substation Configuration Description) of various substation and ICD (Intelligent Electronic Device Capacity Description) of relay-protection devices from different manufacturers and replace the actual devices of the kinds to do testing in a substation. The feasibility and effectivity have been verified in the comparative tests. It exhibits a broad application prospect.
