合肥地区老旧住宅节能改造的正交模拟研究 被引量:1

摘要 为研究太阳能光伏和建筑外围护结构各要素的不同组合对合肥地区老旧住宅节能改造的影响,将住宅净耗电量作为研究对象。建立合肥地区老旧住宅建筑模型,利用DeST-h软件模拟计算得到建筑全年冷热负荷和照明耗电量,再通过公式得到建筑全年供冷供热耗电量、太阳能光伏发电量以及建筑净耗电量,共得到16组正交试验结果。通过研究建筑净耗电量的变化,得出各因素对建筑节能的影响程度,找到节能改造最佳方案。经计算,改造前建筑年耗电量指标41.48 kW·h/m^(2),改造后年耗电量指标-13.74 kW·h/m^(2),节能率133.11%。建议在合肥地区老旧住宅节能改造过程中,应注重太阳能光伏发电系统的使用,加强屋面、外墙保温层的厚度,选用传热系数更低的节能外窗。 In order to study the influence of different combinations of photovoltaic generation and building envelope elements on the energy-saving reconstruction of old residential buildings in Hefei, the residential power consumption is taken as the research object. A model of old residential buildings in Hefei is set up, and the annual cooling and heating load and electricity consumption for lighting are simulated by using DeST-h software, then sixteen orthogonal experiment results are obtained.By studying the changes of building power consumption, the influence degree of each factor on building energy saving is expounded, and the best scheme of energy saving transformation is found out. According to the calculation, the annual power consumption index of the building before the reconstruction is 41.48 kW·h/m^(2), and the annual power consumption index after the reconstruction is-13.74 kW·h/m^(2), the energy saving rate is 133.11%. So, in the process of energy-saving reconstruction of old residential buildings in Hefei, solar photovoltaic power generation system needs focusing, as well as strengthening the insulation thickness of roof and exterior wall, and selecting the lower heat transfer coefficient of energy-saving exterior window.
