新型叠合装配式独立基础及工作性能研究 被引量:1

Research on New Composite Assembled Independent Foundation and Working Performance

摘要 装配式建筑在新农村建设中得到了广泛应用,为了实现独立基础的一体化装配,本文提出了一种新型叠合装配式独立基础.这种新型基础先由工厂预制带有钢筋槽口的水泥板叠合成一个整体框架,然后安放钢筋并浇筑混凝土而成.为研究其工作性能,使用SolidWorks软件创建叠合装配式独立基础模型,导入ANSYS Workbench进行数值模拟计算,并与传统现浇式独立基础进行了对比分析.研究结果表明,叠合装配式独立基础与传统现浇式独立基础的变形量、等效应力与应变结果相差较小,叠合构件间工作性能良好. Assembled buildings have been widely used in new rural construction.In order to realize the integrated assembly of independent foundations,this paper proposed a new type of composite assembled independent foundation.This new foundation was composed of precast concrete slabs with reinforcement grooves in the factory to form a whole frame,and then the reinforcement was placed and concrete is poured.In order to study its working performance,SolidWorks software was used to create the model of laminated fabricated independent foundation,which was imported into ANSYS Workbench for numerical simulation and compared with the traditional cast-in-place independent foundation.The research results show that the deformation,equivalent stress and strain results of the composite fabricated independent foundation and the traditional cast-in-place independent foundation have little difference,and the working performance between the composite components is good.
