摘要
目的 分析福建省疑似预防接种异常反应(adverse events following immunization, AEFI)的流行特征,评价疫苗接种的安全性。方法 通过全国AEFI信息管理系统收集福建省2022年的AEFI病例信息,检索福建省免疫规划信息管理系统收集同时段45个品种的疫苗接种数据。用描述性分析方法对2022 AEFI分布特征和报告情况进行分析。结果福建省2022年共报告AEFI 2 851例,总发生率为7.92/10万剂,其中一般反应和异常反应分别占比为91.2%和4.5%,发生率分别为7.22/10万剂和0.36/10万剂;异常反应病例以过敏反应为主,占92.2%(118例),主要为过敏性皮疹(86例,发生率为0.29/10万剂)。结论 福建省2022年AEFI总发生率极低,不良反应以一般反应为主,疫苗接种有良好的安全性。
Objective To analyze Epidemiological characteristics of adverse events following immunization(AEFI)in Fujian Province in 2022,in order to evaluate the safety of vaccination.Methods AEFI cases in Fujian Province in 2022 were identified from China AEFI Information System for Disease Control and Prevention.Furthermore,data of vaccination dose were obtained from Fujian immunization information management system.Descriptive epidemiological method was used to report distributions of AEFI in 2022.Results A total of 2851 AEFI cases were reported in Fujian in 2022,yielding an incidence rate of 7.92 cases per 100000 doses.Among all reported AEFIs,common and rare adverse reactions accounted for 91.2%and 4.5%,respectively,with estimated incidences being 7.22 and 0.36 per 100000 doses.Rare adverse reactions were mainly anaphylactic reaction(n=118,92.2%),with anaphylactic rash being the most common adverse events(n=86,incidence rate=0.29 per 100000 doses).Conclusions The incidence of AEFI in Fujian in 2022 was low.AEFI were predominantly common vaccine reactions.Vaccination in Fujian seems to have a good safety profile.
