重型车桥轴管推方成形工艺模拟研究

摘要 重型车桥轴管推方成形最大推力与轴管直径、轴管壁厚、轴管材料、模具滚轮直径、各组滚轮的减径量、模具滚轮组数、摩擦系数等因素相关。本文对材料20Mn2、尺寸为?178×16钢管,推方成形为150×150工件,设计了模具滚轮尺寸系列,并采用Deform-3D软件进行模拟计算,再现了成形过程,得到了成形过程的推力行程曲线和各层模具滚轮径向力等数据,并依此设计制造了200t推方机及模具滚轮箱总成,进行推方试验,试验结果与Deform模拟结果一致。 The maximum thrust of heavy axle axle tube push square forming is related to axle tube diameter,axle tube wall thickness,axle tube material,diameter of mold rollers,reduction of each group of rollers,number of groups of mold rollers,friction coefficient and other factors.In this paper,the material 20Mn2,the size ofφ178×16 steel pipe,push square forming for 150×150 workpiece,designed the mold roller size series,and the use of Deform-3D software simulation calculations,reproducing the forming process,the forming process of the thrust stroke curve and the radial force of each layer of the mold roller and other data,and accordingly designed and manufactured 200t push square machine and mold roller box assembly,push square test,the test results are consistent with the The test results were consistent with the Deform simulation results.
