磨辊轴胎模锻成形工艺的数值模拟

摘要 磨辊轴是ATOX型立磨上的重要零部件,是大型轴类锻件的代表;形状特殊,其方头部分难以成形。为了满足成形要求,采用胎模锻工艺成形。主要研究其方头部分的成形。由于方角的存在,金属的流动受到限制,很难将其角部充填满,增加了成形难度。运用DEFORM-3D模拟软件对磨辊轴的方头部分成形工艺进行模拟,通过不断地工艺改进,找到了较佳的工艺方案,使方头部分得到很好的成形。锻件试制合格也证明了该工艺方案的合理性。 The grinding roller shaft is a key part of ATOX grinding roller, which has a specific shape and is a represent of large forgings. Because it is difficult to form, the loose tooling forming process is used. The forming of square part of grinding roller shaft was mainly researched. It is difficult to forge because of the comer which limites metal flowing. The simulation software DEFORM-3D was used to simulate the forming process of square part. The appropriate process was obtained through improving method repeatly, which made the square part form well. The eligible forings also proved the rationality of the technical process.
