新课改中补偿性体能的内涵、难点及其解决方案

摘要 本文采用文献资料、访谈等研究方法,对新课改背景中补偿性体能的概念及其存在的现实问题进行研究,并提出改进策略。研究表明:补偿性体能是在频率、时间、强度、容量等指标量化分析数据基础上开展的体能练习,遵循的原则有循序渐进、定量评估、个体差异、综合平衡等。但实施过程中,在教学目标、评价体系、运动负荷投入、反馈机制等方面均存在难以匹配的问题。建议应用策略:(1)量化教学目标,明确教学执行方案;(2)采用过程量化管理,构建多元化评价体系;(3)实施动态监控,量化有效运动负荷;(4)拓宽互动渠道,建立多角度、可持续反馈机制。 Through literature review,interviews and other methods,the connotation and practical problems of compensatory physical training in the context of the new curriculum reform are studied,and countermeasures are proposed.Research has shown that compensatory physical fitness is a dimensional exercise based on quantitative analysis of indicators such as frequency,time,intensity,and capacity.It follows the principles of gradual progress,quantitative evaluation,individual diferences,and comprehensive balance,Dilemma:unclear teaching objectives,incomplete evaluation system,unreasonable exercise load investment,and incomplete feedback mechanism.Strategies:Quantify teaching objectives and clarify teaching plans;Constructing diversified quantitative evaluation and comprehensively improving the evaluation system;Quantify the effective exercise load input and implement dynamic monitoring and adjustment;Establish a multi-dimensional and sustainable feedback mechanism,and expand channels for multi-dimensional feedback.
