摘要
中国健康体育课程模式是首个具有中国特色的体育与健康课程模式,该模式提出了“运动负荷、体能练习、运动技能”三大关键要点。研究以相关学科的基本原理及国内外相关研究成果为理论基础,以实验结果为实践依据,对三大关键要点的立意、基本要求和时间标准的确立进行系统论证。研究表明,中国健康体育课程模式提出的三大关键要点具有明确的理论基础和实践依据,具有较强的科学性和实践性。三大关键要点有利于健康体育课程模式的理念落实和目标达成,有助于学生学会运动并喜欢体育课,有益于增进学生身心健康,充分体现体育与健康课程的健身育人本质特征。
Healthy Physical Education Curriculum Model of China,as the first healthy physical education curriculum model with Chinese characteristics,has the international vision and local adaptation,which underlines the“Three Key Points”,namely exercise load,physical fitness training and exercise skills.Based on the basic principles of related disciplines and domestic and foreign research results,as well as the practical basis of experimental results,this paper systematically demonstrates the establishment basis of the purposes,basic requirements and time standards of the“Three Key Points”.The results show that the“Three Key Points”has a clear theoretical basis and practical basis,with a strong scientific and practical,and has advantages to the concept’s implementation and the goal’s achievement of the healthy physical education curriculum model,to the students’learning of exercise and enjoying physical education,to the improvement of students’physical and mental health.“Three Key Points”contributes to the implementation of the model and the achievement of its objectives,helps students learn how to exercise,makes them enjoy the PE classes,so as to improve their physical and mental health.It fully embodies the essential characteristics of physical education and health curriculum.
