摘要
深化产教融合、推动校企合作办学,是加强民办高校教育体系建设的必由之路,也是建设应用型师资队伍、实现民办高校高质量发展的重要途径。民办高校的特殊性质导致其师资队伍的建设往往会面临诸多困难,而这些问题本质上可以归结于政策实施和组织建设两个层面。为此,需要分别从政府和组织两个层面纾解民办高校的师资建设难题,并通过构建三种主导结构的校企合作模式、深化产教融合利益共同体、共同搭建应用型师资队伍建设平台等对策,加强民办高校应用型师资队伍的建设能力。
Deepening the integration of industry and education and promoting school enterprise cooperation in running schools is the necessary way to strengthen the construction of the education system in private universities,and is also an important way to build an applied teaching staff and achieve high-quality development of private universities.The special nature of private universities often leads to many difficulties in the construction of teaching staff,which can be attributed to policy implementation and organizational construction two levels.To this end,it is necessary to alleviate the difficulties in teaching staff construction in private universities from both the government and organizational levels,and strengthen the construction capacity of applied teaching staff in private universities by constructing three dominant structures of school enterprise cooperation models,deepening the integration of industry and education interest communities and jointly building a platform for the construction of applied teaching staff.
