摘要
大型铁路枢纽广州白云站站房的钢结构复杂,由网架、桁架、钢拱等形式组成,施工建设难度大,施工方案及施工工艺均存在较大的技术难度。为解决三维曲面钢结构屋盖的建设难题,文章就复杂钢结构屋盖进行了模拟分析和数值模拟,提出了“提升+吊装”技术解决措施,并提供了详细的安装方案和施工工艺。经现场建设实践,对于工况复杂的三维曲面的钢结构安装建设问题,分析研究提出的方案和工艺可靠安全,可为类似工程提供经验参考。
The station building of Guangzhou Baiyun Station,a large-scale railway hub,has a complex steel structure,which is composed of grid structures,trusses,steel arches,and other forms.It has great difficulties in the construction,and significant technical difficulties in the construction plan and construction process.In order to solve the construction difficulties of 3D curved steel structure roof,this paper conducts simulation analysis and numerical simulation for the complex steel structure roof,proposes the technical measures of“lifting+hoisting”,and provides a detailed installation plan and construction process.For the problems in the installation and construction of 3D curved steel structure with complex conditions,through on-site construction practice,the proposed plan and process are reliable and safe,and can provide a reference for similar projects.
