摘要
本文基于美国生态旅游区域无障碍设施建设现状,分析其立法历程和法律体系,以及其建设特色和实践经验,通过将生态旅游区域的基础设施与残障人士出游会遇到的普遍性障碍相互耦合,构建出生态旅游区域的无障碍基础设施体系。并结合我国现状情况,借鉴美国相关经验,提出未来发展的建议,将无障碍基础设施的建设纳入国家公园等自然保护地的建设框架之中。
Based on the current situation of barrier-free infrastructure construction in the ecotourism region of the United States,the paper analyzed its legislative process and legal system,as well as its construction characteristics and practical experience.By coupling the infrastructure of the ecotourism region with the common barriers encountered by people with disabilities,a barrier-free infrastructure system for the ecotourism region.In light of the current situation in China and experiences,incorporating the construction of barrier-free infrastructure into the construction framework of national parks and other natural protected areas was suggested for future development.
