摘要
言语和语言障碍是智障学生发育过程中的普遍性障碍。在评估的基础上,运用游戏介入智障儿童言语康复训练,可以明显提高康复训练效果。文章以一名唐氏综合征学生的言语康复训练为例,介绍了游戏介入言语康复训练的过程和方法,并且进行了20周的康复训练实践。分析该个案训练前后评估结果,以及对家长和教师的访谈发现,训练效果较好,该个案言语发育迟缓和构音障碍等情况明显改善。
Speech and language barriers are common barriers in the development of students with intellectual disabilities.On the basis of evaluation,using games to intervene in speech rehabilitation training for children with mental disabilities can significantly improve the effect of rehabilitation training.The article takes the speech rehabilitation training of a student with Down syndrome as an example,introduces the process and methods of game intervention speech rehabilitation training,and has carried out rehabilitation training for 20 weeks.Through analyzing the evaluation results before and after the training of the case,as well as the interviews with parents and teachers,it found that the training effect was better,and the speech development delay and dysarthria of the case were significantly improved.
