摘要
目的:调查分析广东省东莞市清溪地区健康体检人群的血糖、血脂、血尿酸水平。方法:选择并纳入2022年1月至12月在东莞市清溪医院进行健康体检人群共2940名,检测其空腹血糖(FBG)、血尿酸(SUA)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)并进行统计学分析。结果:2940名体检者中,血糖、血脂和血尿酸的异常检出率从高到低依次为LDL-C(57.01%)、TC(50.65%)、SUA(41.73%)、HDL-C(20.65%)、TG(19.80%)和FBG(11.46%),其中男性异常率由高到低依次为LDL-C(61.80%)、TC(53.52%)、SUA(51.89%);女性异常率依次为LDL-C(48.90%)、TC(45.79%)、HDL-C(29.94%)。不同年龄段男性的总体血脂异常检出率高于女性,女性则在60岁之后血脂水平上升较快。不同年龄段,男性的血尿酸水平均高于同龄女性。血糖总体异常检出率为11.46%,不同年龄段不同性别的血糖水平均在正常范围。结论:清溪地区成人的健康问题不容忽视,血脂、血尿酸及空腹血糖异常率较高,存在年龄及性别差异,应增强地域人口健康意识,提倡健康良好的生活方式。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the levels of blood glucose,blood lipids,and uric acid in the population undergoing health examinations in the Qingxi area of Dongguan,Guangdong Province.Methods:A total of 2940 individuals who underwent health examinations at Qingxi Hospital in Dongguan City from January to December 2022 were selected and included.Their fasting blood glucose(FBG),uric acid(SUA),total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were tested and statistically analyzed.Results:Among the 2940 participants,the abnormal detection rates of blood glucose,blood lipids,and uric acid were ranked as follows in descending order:LDL-C(57.01%),TC(50.65%),SUA(41.73%),HDL-C(20.65%),TG(19.80%),and FBG(11.46%).Among males,the highest abnormal rate was found in LDL-C(61.80%),followed by TC(53.52%)and SUA(51.89%).Among females,the rates were LDL-C(48.90%),TC(45.79%),and HDL-C(29.94%).The overall detection rate of abnormal blood lipid levels in males was higher than that in females across different age groups,while females showed a faster increase in blood lipid levels after the age of 60.Among different age groups,males had higher uric acid levels than females of the same age.The overall detection rate of abnormal blood glucose was 11.46%,and the blood glucose levels of different sexes and age groups were within the normal range.Conclusion:The health issues of adults in the Qingxi area should not be ignored,as the rates of abnormal blood lipids,uric acid,and fasting blood glucose are relatively high and show age and gender differences.It is necessary to enhance the health awareness of the local population and promote a healthy lifestyle.
