摘要
为适应播音与主持专业人才培养新常态,各类院校都在开展教育教学改革,幼师专科学校在现有的播音与主持专业人才培养模式下如何扬长避短,办出特色,值得思考。以运城幼儿师范高等专科学校为例,探究其针对播音与主持专业教学方面存在的生源类型多样化且基础薄弱、“双师型”师资力量不足、课程设置针对性不强、实践教学平台欠缺等问题,提出通过加强“双师型”师资队伍建设、优化课程设置、完善实践教学设备、融合幼专特色进行人才培养等有益尝试,以供同类院校播音与主持专业借鉴。
In order to adapt to the new normal of cultivating professional talents in broadcasting and hosting,various colleges and universities are carrying out educational and teaching reforms.It is worth considering how preschool teachers colleges can leverage their strengths and avoid weaknesses under the existing mode of cultivating professional talents in broadcasting and hosting,and create unique characteristics.The article takes Yuncheng Preschool Teachers College as an example to explore the problems in the teaching of broadcasting and hosting majors,such as diverse and weak student source types,insufficient"dual teacher"teaching resources,weak curriculum targeting,and lack of practical teaching platforms.It proposes that strengthening the construction of"dual teacher"teaching staff,optimizing curriculum settings,and improving practical teaching equipment,integrate the characteristics of junior colleges and universities to cultivate talents,so as to provide reference for the broadcasting and hosting majors in similar colleges.
