摘要
随着融媒体时代的到来,新兴的智能信息处理技术已经广泛应用于广播电视行业,这对于身负引导社会意识形态、调整社会舆论方向的广播电视提出了更高的要求.安全播出监管体系在广播电视责任落实方面起到了重要作用,是无线信号全领域全覆盖,数据安全传输的关键支撑.基于此,本文从融媒体时代发展的角度出发,深入分析了地市级广播电视安全播出监管体系建设中的突出问题,针对性地提出了技术设计方案和管理优化策略,相信对于广播电视行业安全播出监管体系的发展具有一定的参考借鉴价值.
With the advent of the era of integrated media,the emerging intelligent information processing technology has been widely used in the radio and television industry,which puts forward higher requirements for radio and television,which is responsible for guiding social ideology and adjusting the direction of social public opinion.The safe broadcasting supervision system plays an important role in the implementation of radio and television responsibilities.It is the key support for the full coverage of wireless signals and the safe transmission of data.Based on this,from the perspective of the development of the financial media era,this paper deeply analyzes the prominent problems in the construction of the safe broadcasting supervision system of prefecture and municipal radio and television,and puts forward the technical design scheme and management optimization strategy,which is believed to have a certain reference value for the development of the safe broadcasting supervision system of the radio and television industry.
