摘要 本项目探究的是W市高速公路改扩建工程,具体建设内容为新修建桥梁,匝道变更优化。为加强W市高速工路改扩建项目的风险管理,探究该工程施工阶段风险因素之间的关系,通过采用文献研究法、调研法、WBS-RBS法将项目的作业分解,将风险源按人员风险、材料机械设备风险、技术风险、环境风险及管理风险进行分类,再经过RBM风险矩阵的耦合后列举出风险清单。风险评估阶段采取DEMATEL-ISM两种方法模型联用进行风险因素关系的研究,得出影响度、中心度、原因度等指标,分析该项目中各风险因素之间的关系。得出施工质量缺陷、机械设备损坏或故障、施工现场管理不当等要素是W市高速工路改扩建项目中最核心的风险因素。 This project explores the reconstruction and expansion project of the W city expressway,with specific construction content including the construction of new bridges and optimization of ramp changes.In order to strengthen the risk management of the W city expressway renovation and expansion project,and explore the relationship between risk factors during the construction phase of the project,the literature research method,research method,and WBS-RBS method were used to decompose the project's operations.The risk sources were classified according to personnel risk,material and mechanical equipment risk,technical risk,environmental risk,and management risk.After coupling with the RBM risk matrix,a risk list was listed.In the risk assessment stage,two methods,DEMATEL-ISM,were combined to study the relationship between risk factors.Indicators such as impact degree,centrality,and causality were obtained to analyze the relationship between various risk factors in the project.The core risk factors in the W city expressway renovation and expansion project include construction quality defects,mechanical equipment damage or malfunction,and improper construction site management.
