摘要
目的:探讨先后天论结合中医辨证治疗老年衰弱症的价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月江南大学附属医院收治的老年衰弱症患者104例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各52例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予先后天论结合中医辨证治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、衰弱相关评分、微型营养评估量表评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.017);治疗后,两组患者自述疲乏感、无意识体质量下降、低体力活动、步速缓慢、握力下降评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者整体情况、人体测量、主观评定、膳食评定评分及总分均升高,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:先后天论结合中医辨证治疗老年衰弱症的价值显著,能有效减轻衰弱程度,改善营养状况。
Objective:To explore the value of the treatment of senile asthenia with the Traditional Chinese Medicinc(TCM)syn⁃drome differentiation and theory of precedence.Methods:A total of one hundred and four patients with senile asthenia admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the observation objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with fifty-two cases in each group.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given sequential theo⁃ry combined with TCM syndrome differentiation treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,frailty related score and micro nutrition assessment scale score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the ob⁃servation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.017);After treat⁃ment,the self-reported fatigue,unconscious body mass decline,low physical activity,slow walking pace and grip strength decline scores of both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);After treatment,the overall condition,anthropometry,subjective assessment,dietary assessment score and to⁃tal score of the two groups were increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is of great value to treat senile asthenia in combination with TCM syndrome differentia⁃tion and theory of precedence,which can effectively reduce the degree of asthenia and improve the nutritional status.
