摘要
目的探讨口服营养补充对老年衰弱综合征的影响,为老年衰弱综合征的临床营养治疗提供科学依据。方法选取2018年9月~2019年6月在福建省立医院老年科住院治疗的老年衰弱综合征患者76例,随机分为常规膳食组和口服营养制剂补充(ONS)组,干预3个月,分别在基线及干预3个月后进行相关指标测定和比较。结果基线时两组各项指标对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预3个月后ONS组的微型营养评价(MNA)评分明显高于常规膳食组,优势手握力及步速均高于常规膳食组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口服营养补充可以改善老年衰弱综合征患者的营养状态、虚弱和行动迟缓状态,建议老年衰弱综合征患者可适当口服营养补充。
Objective To explore the effect of oral nutrition supplementation on frailty in older people.Methods 76 older in-patients with frailty in Fujian Provincial Hospital were enrolled from September 2018 to June 2019.The patients were divided into routine diet group and oral nutrition supplement(ONS)group.The intervention was given for 3 months.Relevant indicators were measured and compared before and after intervention.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups at baseline(P>0.05).The score of mininutritional assessment(MNA),the grip strength and walking speed in ONS group were significantly higher than those in routine diet group after intervention for 3 months(P<0.05).Conclusion ONS might improve the nutritional status,weakness and retardation of movement of older people with frailty.
