摘要
目的 探讨中医治疗胃炎胃溃疡的效果。方法 将2021年1月-2022年1月在本院内科治疗的116例胃炎胃溃疡患者随机分为两组,对照组使用常规西医治疗,在此基础上,观察组使用中医辨证治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分变化、炎性因子。结果 观察组治疗有效率为94.83%,明显高于对照组的77.59%(P<0.05);治疗后胃脘痛、脘腹胀满、食后腹胀、嗳气纳呆、胸闷乏力等中医证候积分观察组更低(P<0.05);治疗后IL-6、IL-8、CRP、TNF-α等炎性因子相比,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 中医治疗胃炎胃溃疡的临床效果显著,能有效缓解证候,抑制炎症反应,促进胃黏膜修复。
Objective To explore clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of gastritis and gastric ulcer.Methods The paper chose 116 patients with gastritis and gastric ulcer in internal medicine department of our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine Western medicine treatment and observation group with traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment.Clinical effect,changes in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and inflammatory factors between two groups were compared.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was 94.83%,significantly higher than 77.59%in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,observation group had lower scores for traditional Chinese medicine syndromes such as epigastric pain,epigastric bloating,postprandial bloating,belching and dizziness and chest tightness and fatigue(P<0.05).Inflammatory factors of IL-6,IL-8,CRP,TNF-αin observation group were lower than control group after treatment,(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine can achieve significant clinical effect on gastritis and gastric ulcer,can alleviate syndrome,inhibit inflammatory reaction and promote recovery of gastric mucosa effectively.
