摘要
习近平文化思想逻辑严密、博大精深,是以习近平同志为核心的党中央基于对马克思主义文化理论、中华优秀传统文化和中国共产党文化建设的历史经验进行继承和创新,结合习近平地方工作期间文化建设基本经验和新时代文化建设之伟大实践得出的科学结论。习近平文化思想立足于建设文化强国、维护文化安全、坚持文化自信、提升国家文化软实力、创造性地转化以及创新性地发展中华优秀传统文化、大力弘扬革命文化并积极发展社会主义先进文化,建设中国特色哲学社会科学、加强宣传思想工作和做好文艺工作等多个领域和层面,对新时代文化建设的动因、内容及其路径体系等作出了全方位阐释和部署。习近平文化思想内蕴着系统性、人民性、实践性和发展性等多重特性。新时代新征程切实推进习近平文化思想的贯彻与落实,必须进一步形成动态性的衔接转化机制、多元化的协同介入机制、精准化的理论传播机制和细致性的责任落实机制,由此才能为推进强国建设和实现民族复兴奠定更加坚实的文化根基。
Xi Jinping's cultural thought with its broad and profound implications is a scientific conclusion made by Xi Jinping on the basis of inheriting and developing the Marxist cultural theory,the CPC s cultural construction experience,and the integration of his local work experience in cultural construction and his great practice of cultural construction in the new era.Based on the construction of a culturally powerful country,the maintenance of our cultural security,the adherence to our cultural confidence,the enhancement of our cultural soft power,the creative transformation and innovative development of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,the active promotion of our revolutionary culture and advanced socialist culture,the construction of the philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics,and the improvement of the publicity and ideological work as well as cultural and artistic work,Xi Jinping's cultural thought gives a comprehensive explanation of the motives,the content and approaches of cultural construction in the new era.Xi Jinping's cultural thought has systematic,people-oriented,practical and evolutionary characteristics.In the new era and on the new journey,the down-to-earth implementation of Xi Jinping's cultural thought relies on the construction of a dynamic mechanism for connection and transformation,a collaborative and intervening mechanism of multi-agents,a precise theory-spreading mechanism,and an accurate accountability mechanism.Only through these approaches can we lay a more solid cultural foundation for promoting the construction of a strong country and realizing our national rejuvenation.
