摘要
运用文献资料法、比较法及逻辑分析法探析了习近平体育思想人民性的内涵、特征、形成渊源与时代价值,认为习近平体育思想人民性的内涵丰富,具体体现在对体育战略定位、体育强国建设、小康社会建设、奥运大赛举办、体育价值取向,以及对中国体育发展观的人民性论述中。习近平体育思想人民性的特征鲜明,其中要义特征是健康为本、人民至上;内涵特征是博大精深、自成体系;视域特征是民族未来、人类发展;价值特征是历史继承、时代创新。习近平人民性体育思想形成渊源来自于人民主体性的唯物史观,扎根于人民的成长经历,丰富的体育生活经历,以及为民谋福的党性使然和胸怀人类发展的政治家情怀。习近平人民性体育思想为新时代中国体育事业发展提供了强大的思想武器,也为人类健康发展提供了思想指导,具有重要的时代价值和世界意义。
Literature study,comparative and logical analysis of the connotation,characteristics,origin and value of Xi Jinping’s Thought on People Oriented Sports demonstrate that this thought is rich in meanings,which is reflected in the strategic positioning of sports,the building of China into a nation strong in sports and a well-off society,through the hosting of the Olympic Games and in the values of sports.This through is health-oriented and people are put first.It has profound influences and has established its own system.It focuses on the future of the Chinese nation and the development of the human beings.It emphasizes the historical inheritance and the innovation of the times.It originates from the historical materialism of people’s democracy,takes root in the people’s growing experience and sports practice as well as the spirit of seeking happiness for the people and of human development.Xi Jinping’s Thought on People Oriented Sports not only provides a powerful ideological weapon for the development of China’s sports in the new era,but also provides ideological guidance for the healthy development of the human beings.It is of epochal value and internalitonal significance.
