摘要
随着全球化、多极化的快速发展,各民族之间的文化边界日益消解,维护文化安全已成为当今世界各国共同关注的焦点。新时代我国在文化安全建设方面取得了显著成就,但也面临着各种问题和挑战。在此形势下,针对新时代我国文化安全面临的主要困境,从强化领导、加强防护、完善治理、促进交流四个层面提出相应的对策性建议。
Culture is an important force for the survival and development of a nation and the soul of a country or a people.With the rapid development of globalization and multipolarity,the cultural boundaries between peoples are increasingly dissolving,and the maintenance of cultural security has become a common concern of all countries in the world today.In the new era,China has made remarkable achievements in the construction of cultural securi-ty,but also faces various problems and challenges.In this context,in view of the major dilemmas facing China's cultural security in the new era,corresponding countermeasures are proposed at four levels:strengthening leader-ship,enhancing protection,improving governance and promoting exchanges.
