摘要
建设全民终身学习的教育体系,形成全民终身学习的学习型社会、学习型大国,是实现全体人民精神富有的重要途径。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记站在新时代党和国家事业发展全局的高度,大力推动全民教育建设迈出新步伐、取得新成就。在指导思想上坚持以党的创新理论凝心铸魂,在制度保障上坚持马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位,在载体构建上着力培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,在文化资源上积极推动构建中国自主知识体系,在基本底色上统筹推进大中小学思想政治教育一体化,全面开启了实现人民精神富有的国家行动。
