摘要
目的:建立LC-MS/MS法同时测定猪肉中9种β-受体激动剂残留量的方法。方法:样品经1%乙酸-乙腈溶解提取后,加入经乙腈饱和的正己烷,涡旋、超声、离心后,取乙腈层用氮气吹干,0.1%甲酸水溶解后,采用LC-MS/MS测定分析,内标法定量。结果:9种β-受体激动剂的线性范围均为0.5~20μg/kg,检出限均为0.2μg/kg,定量限均为0.5μg/kg,加标回收率为70.3%~100.7%。结论:该方法经济、简便、快速、准确,适用于猪肉中9种β-受体激动剂残留量的检测。
The samples were extracted by 1%acetic acid-acetonitril,added with n-hexane saturated by acetonitrile.After vortexed,sonicated and centrifuged,the acetonitrile layer was taken and dried with nitrogen gas,dissolved in 0.1%formic acid water.LC-MS/MS was used for analysis and internal standard method was used for quantification.The linear ranges of the nineβ-agonists was 0.5-20μg/kg,the limits of detection was 0.2μg/kg,the quantification limit was 0.5μg/kg,and the recoveries were 70.3%-100.7%.The method is economical,simple,rapid,accurate.
