摘要
目的:建立同时测定猪肉中β-受体激动剂的快速分析方法。方法:选用自制检测试剂盒进行提取和净化,采用高效液相色谱串联质谱法,以0.1%甲酸水+0.1%甲酸/乙腈作为流动相,梯度洗脱。结果:加标水平为0.5、1、5μg/kg时,回收率均在70.8%~92.0%之间,相对偏差在8.9%~15.2%之间,相关系数均大于0.999。结论:本方法简便、快捷,可适用于同时测定猪肉中β-受体激动剂的残留量。
Objective:To establish a rapid analysis method for simultaneous determination of β-receptor agonists in pork.Methods:Using self-made detection kits for extraction and purification,high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) was employed with 0.1% formic acid water + 0.1% formic acid/acetonitrile as the mobile phase,followed by gradient elution.Results:At the spiked levels of 0.5,1,and 5 μg/kg,the recoveries ranged from 70.8% to 92.0%,and the relative deviations were between 8.9% and 15.2%.The correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999.Conclusion:This method is simple and rapid,and can be applied for the simultaneous determination of β-receptor agonist residues in pork.
