摘要
淮安是全国闻名的绿色农副产品产加销基地,具有发展预制菜产业特殊的条件。本文从农业、工业和饮食文化3个方面总结分析了淮安市预制菜产业的发展基础和目前存在的突出问题,并基于这些现状,提出了推动预制菜产业的发展对策,以期为淮安市预制菜产业的健康和可持续发展提供参考。
Huai’an is a nationally renowned base for the production,processing,and sales of green agricultural and sideline products,with special conditions for developing the prefabricated vegetable industry.This article summarizes and analyzes the development foundation and current prominent problems of the prefabricated vegetable industry in Huai’an city from three aspects:agriculture,industry,and culinary culture.Based on these current situations,it proposes development strategies to promote the prefabricated vegetable industry,in order to provide reference for the healthy and sustainable development of the prefabricated vegetable industry in Huai’an city.
