摘要
目的:通过研究七年级和九年级中学生体育锻炼、学习投入、主观幸福感的关系,探究中学生主观幸福感的形成机制。方法:采用中国教育追踪调查(CEPS)2013-2014基线数据中的相关问题,经过对变量数据的处理后,对17694个有效样本进行数据分析,对变量之间的中介作用进行检验。结果:中学生学习投入在体育锻炼和主观幸福感之间具有部分中介作用,中介效应比值为-34.3%。结论:(1)中学生体育锻炼能够直接正向提高主观幸福感;(2)中学生学习投入在体育锻炼和主观幸福感之间起到部分中介作用;(3)中学生学习投入与主观幸福感成反比。建议:今后在校园内,要积极鼓励学生参与体育锻炼,有利于直接正向促进学生的学习投入和主观幸福感。然而学习投入越多,学生的主观幸福感反而下降,因此要多加关注学生投入在学习上的时间与精力,合理分配学生的学习和体育锻炼时间,从而更有利于学生的身体发展和学业水平发展。
Objective:To explore the formation mechanism of subjective well-being of middle school students by studying the relationship between physical exercise,learning engagement and subjective well-being of grade 7 and 9 middle school students.Methods:Using the relevant questions in the 2013-2014 baseline data of the China Education Longitudinal Survey(CEPS),17694 valid samples were analyzed after processing the variable data,and the mediating effect between the variables was tested.Results:Middle school students'learning engagement had a partial mediating effect between physical exercise and subjective well-being,and the mediating effect ratio was-34.3%.Conclusions:(1)Physical exercise in middle school students can directly positively improve subjective well-being;(2)middle school students'learning engagement plays a partial mediating role between physical exercise and subjective well-being;(3)Middle school students'learning engagement is inversely proportional to subjective well-being.Suggestion:In the future,students should be actively encouraged to participate in physical exercise on campus,which is conducive to directly and positively promoting students'learning engagement and subjective well-being.However,the more learning input,the lower the student's subjective well-being,so pay more attention to the time and energy invested by students in learning,and reasonably allocate students'study and physical exercise time,so as to be more conducive to students'physical development and academic level development.
