摘要
目的了解医联体单位中县级医院护理人员静脉输液治疗(静疗)专科护理需求现状及影响因素,为专科护理帮扶提供参考。方法采用分层便利抽样法,利用一般资料调查问卷、静疗专科护理需求调查问卷对山东省10家医联体单位中县级医院的934名临床护理人员进行调查。采用SPSS 25.0软件进行数据统计分析。结果医联体单位中县级医院护理人员静疗专科护理需求总分为(201.41±17.98)分,帮扶内容、帮扶形式、帮扶时间3个维度得分分别为(151.03±14.31)分、(25.68±2.46)分和(24.71±3.51)分。多元线性回归分析显示,医院所在区域、科室类别、最高学历、是否为专科护士、是否开设PICC专科护士门诊、是否接受过护理帮扶、有无必要开展静疗专科护理帮扶等是医联体单位中县级医院护理人员静疗专科护理需求的影响因素。结论医联体单位中县级医院护理人员静疗专科护理需求较高。在对医联体单位中县级医院进行静疗专科护理帮扶时,应以需求高的科室及护理人员为切入点,注重专科护理人才培养,加强专科护理门诊建设,以提升县级医院静疗专科护理发展水平。
Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of nursing needs for intravenous infusion therapy(intravenous therapy)among nurses in county-level hospitals in medical alliance units,and to provide reference for specialized nursing assistance.Methods 934 clinical nurses in 10 county-level hospitals in Shandong Province were investigated by stratified convenient sampling method with general data questionnaire and intravenous therapy specialist nursing demand questionnaire.SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The total score of nursing needs for intravenous therapy in county-level hospitals in the medical alliance was(201.41±17.98),and the scores of content,form and time of help were(151.03±14.31),(25.68±2.46)and(24.71±3.51),respectively.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the region of the hospital,the type of department,the highest education,specialist nurse,PICC specialist nurse clinic,having been received nursing assistance,and necessity to carry out specialist intravenous nursing assistance were the influential factors for the needs of nursing staff in county-level hospitals of the medical alliance.Conclusion There had a high demand for intravenous therapy among nurses in county-level hospitals.When the county-level hospitals in the medical alliance were provided with specialized nursing assistance,the departments and nursing staff with high demand should be taken as the starting point,the training of specialized nursing talents should be emphasized,and the construction of specialized nursing clinics should be strengthened to improve the development level of specialized nursing in hospitals.
