摘要
目的了解杭州市护理实习生对静脉治疗规范的认知情况。方法采用方便抽样方法,选取杭州市253名护理实习生,采用自行设计调查表进行静脉治疗规范相关知识的调查。结果253名护理实习生对静脉治疗规范认知有15项的正确率低于60%,有3个方面的总正确率低于50%。结论杭州市护理实习生对静脉治疗规范相关知识的知晓率较低,知识掌握不全面。医院应当重视对护理实习生静脉治疗规范相关知识的培训。
Objective To investigate the cognition of the nursing interns in Hangzhou,analyze existing problems,and ask questions,then enhance the operation standard of nurse vein treatment technology.Methods Self-designed questionnaire,and use the method of convenient sampling.In this paper,253 Nursing interns in Hangzhou were selected as the survey subjects to conduct the questionnaire survey on the related knowledge of intravenous therapy.Results There are 15 Nursing interns who have cognition of the standard of intravenous therapy,which is less than 60 percent.The total correct rate of three project groups was lower than 50 and the awareness rate was low.Conclusion Nursing interns in Hangzhou have low awareness of related knowledge of intravenous therapy,and their knowledge is incomplete.Nursing managers should pay more attention to the training of knowledge related to the practice of intravenous therapy.
