摘要
作为国家临床护理专业重点专科,我院帮扶6家县级医院开展及推广优质护理服务。帮扶形式包括:走下去,请上来;赠送护理书籍、赠送多功能治疗车;后续跟进帮扶;接纳2家帮扶医院专科护士临床实习等。经过2年帮扶,取得较好的成效:县级医院院领导比以前重视护理工作,重视护士人才培养;增加护士人力资源,每家医院近2年平均补充了60名护士;优质护理服务病房数逐步增加,4家医院开展率为100%;患者满意度平均提高了7.24%。认为三级医院对县级医院进行优质护理服务帮扶是非常必要的,可使帮带与帮扶医院共赢。
As a national key clinical specialty in nursing,we have provided assistance for six county hospitals to promote high quality care services by the means of on-site guidance,providing free nursing books and multifunctional treatment vehicles,follow-up assistance and clinical teaching for specialist nurses. After two years of assistance,the county hospital administrators had paid more attention to nursing work and nurse training;sixty nurses were added to each hospital averagely;the number of wards with high quality care service increased and the covering rate of high quality care service in four hospitals was up to 100%;patients satisfaction increased by 7.24%. It is suggested that the counterpart assistance can achieve benefits for both sides.
