摘要
目的:以刺山柑半木质化枝条为材料进行扦插试验,从解剖学角度分析其嫩枝扦插不定根的起源和形成过程。方法:采用常规石蜡切片法观察刺山柑茎的解剖结构以及不定根的发生过程。结果:刺山柑茎的解剖结构由外向内依次为表皮、皮层和维管柱;扦插处理20 d后在插穗切口处产生乳白色愈伤组织,经解剖观察是由插穗切口处的皮层、维管形成层及韧皮部的薄壁细胞分化形成;20~40 d愈伤组织内部产生根原基原始细胞团,其进一步分化为不定根并从愈伤组织处伸出。结论:刺山柑插穗解剖未发现有潜伏根原基,愈伤组织的形成是刺山柑插穗产生不定根的前提,属于诱导生根型。
Objective:To analyze the origin and forming process of adventitious roots from the semi-lignified branches of Capparis spinosa.Methods:The anatomical structure of C.spinosa stem and the development of adventitious roots were observed by paraffin section.Results:The anatomical structure of C.spinosa stem consisted of epidermis,cortex and vascular column from outside to inside.After 20 days of cutting treatment,the opalescent callus was formed from the cortex,vascular cambium and parenchyma cells of the cut.From 20 to 40 days,root primordial cells formed in the callus,which further differentiated into adventitious roots and protruded from the callus.Conclusion:No latent root primordia was found in the cuttings of C.spinosa.The formation of callus was the prerequisite for the formation of adventitious roots.
