摘要
【目的】探究叶面喷施多效唑对不同造型马拉巴栗的施用效果及其剂量效应,旨在为盆栽马拉巴栗树冠调控提供参考。【方法】以提根型和单杆型盆栽马拉巴栗为材料,测定与分析0.9、1.8 g/L多效唑处理对马拉巴栗枝梢生长和叶片的光合色素、蛋白质含量、气孔数量的影响。【结果】喷施多效唑对2种造型马拉巴栗的生长均有明显延缓作用,枝梢抽发率、叶芽萌发率和顶梢节间长度显著下降,叶片的总叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和蛋白质含量以及单位面积气孔数量均显著提高。【结论】喷施浓度为1.8 g/L的多效唑对盆栽马拉巴栗树冠具有较好的矮化效果。
【Objective】To investigate the application effect and dose effect of foliar spraying of paclobutrazol on diferent modellings of Pachira glabra,aiming to provide reference for crown regulation of potted Facai trees.【Method】Using rooting and single stem potted Facai trees as materials,the effects of 0.9 g/L and 1.8 g/L paclobutrazol treatments on the growth of Pachira glabra branches,photosynthetic pigments and protein content,in leaves and the number of leaf stomata were tested.【Result】Spraying paclobutrazol significantly delayed the growth of two types of Facai trees,with a significant decrease in shoot germination rate,leaf bud germination rate,and internode length at the top.The conten of total chorophyll,carotenotds and protein,and stomatal number per unit area in leaves were all significantly increased.【Conclusion】Spraying 1.8 g/L paclobutrazol has a good dwarfing effect on the crown of potted Pachiraglabra.
