摘要
为探讨PP333对粉蕉产量及品质的影响,在金粉1号粉蕉品种苗期淋施PP333,以淋施清水为对照(CK),于收获期测量粉蕉茎、叶、果等部位的性状指标,采用分光光度计及滴定法测定果实品质。结果表明,在金粉1号叶鞘处和植株周围淋施PP333(T1和T2处理),其植株高度分别为3.70m和3.32m,极显著低于CK(P〈0.01),叶片厚度增加0.13~0.16 mm,极显著厚于CK;T2处理的叶间距比CK减少4.38 cm,且差异极显著;果穗长和周长、果指外弧及内弧长、产量和品质等指标与CK差异不显著(P〉0.05)。试验结果为粉蕉的矮化栽培提供参考依据。
In order to analyze the effect of PP333 on dwarfing of dwarf bananas,this plant growth retardants was applied to dwarf bananas variety Jinfan 1,and then,the character index of pseudo stem,leaf and clusters were measured,and the fruit quality indices were analyzed by spectrophotometer and titrimetric method.The result showed,when the PP333 was irrigated on dwarf banana variety Jinfan 1 in the leaf sheath(Tl) or around the plant(T2),the plant height of two treatments were 3.70 m and 3.32 m,respectively,and both of them were most significantly higher than CK(P〈0.01),while the blade thickness increased 0.13~0.16 mm,and they were most significantly thicker than CK.Besides,the distance between leaf of T2 treatment was reduced 4.38 cm compared with untreated grape,the different reached to the level of the most significance.But there was no remarkable detrimental effect(P〉0.05) on those indicators like the ear length and pitch diameter,outer and inner arc length of fruit yield and quality indices of dwarf banana.The results can provide evidences for dwarfing cultivation of banana.
