摘要
为了评价振动法成型级配碎石试件的力学性能,文中研究了压实度、含水条件和级配类型对级配碎石CBR值和无侧限抗压强度的影响。结果表明,振动法成型的级配碎石试件具有良好的力学性质,两种级配的级配碎石试件CBR和无侧限抗压强度随着压实度的提高非线性增加,增加速率逐渐降低,压实度每提高1%,CBR和无侧限抗压强度分别提高11.2%和13.3%;级配碎石力学性质随着含水率的降低而增加,风干试件的CBR值和抗压强度分别提高14.7%和35.6%;骨架密实级配的级配碎石试件CBR值和抗压强度明显高于悬浮密实级配。
In order to evaluate the mechanical properties of graded crushed stone specimens formed by vibration method,the effects of compaction degree,water content and gradation type on CBR value and unconfined compressive strength of graded crushed stone were discussed.The results show that the graded gravel specimen formed by the vibration method has good mechanical properties;the CBR and unconfined compressive strength of the two graded gravel specimens increase nonlinearly with the increase of compaction degree,and the increase rate gradually decreases.For every 1%increase in compaction degree,CBR and unconfined compressive strength increase by 11.2%and 13.3%,respectively.The mechanical properties of graded crushed stone increase with the air-drying of water content,and the CBR value and compressive strength of air-dried specimens increase by 14.7%and 35.6%respectively.The CBR value and compressive strength of graded gravel specimens with skeleton dense gradation are significantly higher than those of suspended dense gradation.
